My dearest Izuba,

Happy birthday, my love.

Today, I want to celebrate you — the woman I love, the person behind all these beautiful photographs, and the one I am so grateful to have beside me.

Looking through our pictures, I keep coming back to one simple thought: how lucky I am that I get to share these moments with you. The adventures are beautiful. The views are beautiful. But my favourite part will always be that you are there.

I made this little place for you because a birthday wish in a message didn’t feel quite enough. I wanted you to have something you could return to — a reminder that you are loved, that you matter to me, and that being with you is something I treasure.

My wish for this next year of your life is that it brings you peace, laughter, and so many reasons to smile. May you find the courage to follow what calls to you, the space to rest when you need it, and love that makes you feel safe being exactly who you are.
